This house was taken back to the studs, subfloor and concrete before being completely rebuilt. No surface was left untouched. Structural walls were replaced by new beams (hidden in the ceiling) in order to make the living spaces larger and more functional. A large cedar deck with a glass/aluminum railing system replaced the original one that was small and decaying.

We converted the original electric baseboard heating to a gas HVAC system with central air conditioning, gas water heater and a 48-inch gas fireplace.
